The most noticeable difference in response was feeling self-conscious, where 50% of females agreed with this response but only 26% of males agreed. This was followed by having carer/family commitments; 50% of females agreed with this reason compared to 31% of males.
The Bill was introduced by the Cabinet Secretary for Finance and the Constitution, Derek Mackay MSP, on 26 January 2017. The Bill makes provision for the Scottish Administration's budget for the financial year 2017/18.
