I presume that the planning authorities keep the lists of applications electronically in a database, where they revise them before transferring them into the public domain.

A report on the results of the consultation was published on the Scottish Executive website on 30 September 2004, as were the responses from organisations and individuals who had agreed to publication of their response.
The convener and members of the Bus User Complaints Tribunal support the transfer of functions to the public transport users committee for Scotland, and my officials are working closely with them to ensure that the transition runs smoothly.
An issue that arises is the extreme difficulty we have in accrediting people's learning in their home countries—the learning is not readily transferable. We need to have some form of accreditation that is recognised throughout the European Union.
