*S6M-17774 David Torrance: East Fife FC Secures Promotion to Scottish League One for 2025-26—That the Parliament congratulates East Fife FC on securing promotion to Scottish League One; understands that Alan Trouten was named League Two Player of the Year at the 2024-25 PFA Scotland Awards on 3 May 2025, while Dick Campbell has achieved his seventh promotion as a manager; commends the players, the entire management team, and the directors, staff and volunteers of the club; recognises that chairman Jim Stevenson and vice-chairman John Donaldson will be stepping down from their respective roles at the end of the 2024-25 season after many years of service to East Fife FC, and wishes East Fife FC the very best for the coming season as a Scottish League One team.
