For those who are not intimately acquainted with the facts, I point out that Flour City is a company that was awarded a £7 million contract but which had assets of £2, no UK directors and no track record.
The definition of "regenerative tissue" that is included in section 15(7) does not cover part of a liver, so the bill makes it clear that "regenerative tissue", in the context of existing medical technology, means only bone marrow.
