The future of the Highlands and Islands Convention is currently under consideration and an announcement will be made in due course. The views previously expressed by the Convention as to its future are being taken into account.
There is no money or commitment from the City of Edinburgh Council, so our decision on priorities is that we should invest in the Waverley option. Expectation was expressed during the debate that the minister would speak at the end of it.
