We need to provide single standards for data transfer between public authorities. The Young Scot card, which others have referred to as the smart card, will be rolled out so that every young person has access to it.
In fact, our 2001 Westminster manifesto said:"We will transfer the judicial functions currently undertaken by the House of Lords to a new Supreme Court."

To ask the Scottish Executive what percentage of businesses have websites and how this percentage compares with businesses in (a) the rest of Europe and (b) other countries in the rest of the world.
