Scottish Budget 2025-26 - Taxonomy of capital and resource spending

In 2024-25, the Scottish Government has made changes to expand this assessment to cover most resource spending in addition to capital, and to provide greater granularity in terms of the impact on the climate. The 2025-26 assessment introduces further iterative improvements by assessing spend on both an adaptation and a mitigation basis.
