To ask the Scottish Executive whether it has any plans to abolish council tenants' right to buy their properties. We have no plans to abolish the right to buy.
When he was pushed later on the point, he said that he did not understand the question because the savings would not come until the next two years—£7 million this year and £6 million next year.
