Petition PE735, from Vivien Dance, calls on the Scottish Parliament to urge the Scottish Executive to require NHS Argyll and Clyde and NHS Greater Glasgow to make a special agreement on transferring responsibility for the design and provision of health services in the north Clyde area and, when appropriate, to amend existing legislation so that the boundaries of the two health boards are adjusted to achieve the transfer of authority for the north Clyde area from the former to the latter.
