Scottish Budget 2022-23

In the Budget the Scottish Government announced that the standard rate will rise by 2% and the lower rate by 1.6%, as set out in Table 9 below, which maintains consistency with the Landfill Charge in England and Northern Ireland. Landfill site operators can continue to contribute to the Scottish Landfill Communities Fund, a tax credit scheme.
