One person in one bed is a hospital episode, but if a patient is transferred from one part of a hospital to another, that would count as two episodes, despite the fact that they are one patient.
Having tried to navigate the Parliament's website recently to find information, I know that the website is not the most user-friendly piece of software that I have ever had the good fortune to use.
