Personally, I would rather have a bath—if I had that option—so I would ask if the carers could come on a Saturday, spend two hours with me, give me a huge bubbly bath and a wash and do all the other bits and pieces during that visit. That is personal choice. We would still support the same level of care and cost, but instead of it being delivered in two quick half-hour visits during which everybody is watching the clock, a person would get one really good visit.
