The Digital Assets (Scotland) Bill ("the Bill") was introduced by the Scottish Government on 30 September 2025, following a commitment to clarify the status of digital assets in the Programme for Government 2025-26.

The Sexual Offences Act 2003 (Notification Requirements) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2025 [draft]
Under that Act, the Scottish Government made regulations (in force from 26 March 2020) to implement physical distancing and impose restrictions on gatherings, events and operation of business activity.

During oral evidence, the Interim Director of Performance Audit and Best Value drew the Committee’s attention to Annexe B of the e mail submission provided to Scottish Ministers, which is the former Chair of CMAL’s e mail of 26 September 2015. In that e mail, the former Chair states—
