Do we know whether there has been adequate consultation with trade unions about the transfer of such contracts? Is there a role for the Executive in ensuring that appropriate liaison takes place with the trade unions when the transfers occur?
Can you confirm that there will be no such transfer this year? I can answer the second part of the question straightforwardly: we will certainly not be transferring any money from the purchase grant this year.
