To ask the Scottish Executive, with regard to its news release SEFD122/2002 of 11 November 2002, whether any employee transfer groups will not be covered by the protocol agreed with the Scottish Trades Union Congress on public private partnership contracts.
To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is concerned about the level of risk and the possibility of damage to environmental and economic interests, such as coastal tourism and fishing, as a result of the ship-to-ship oil transfer on the Firth of Forth planned by Melbourne Marine Services of Sunderland.

To ask the Scottish Executive whether it is aware of any discussions within the UK Department of Trade and Industry on the possibility of transferring energy-related civil service posts to Aberdeen; whether its views were sought on any such proposal and, if so, whether it will provide details of any such discussions or views.
That the Parliament agrees that, between 4 September 2006 and 3 January 2007, the Office of the Clerk will be open on all days except: Saturdays and Sundays, 1 December 2006, 22 December 2006 (pm), 25 and 26 December 2006 and 1 and 2 January 2007.
