As I said in my statement to the Parliament on 12 January, the detailed rescue package negotiated last year has not been concluded and Queen's Park FC have successfully petitioned the court for an interim administration order.
When they make those arrangements or enter into those contracts, they will have to transfer the obligations, if I can put it in that way, so that the independent contractors are obliged to comply in the same way as hospitals would be.
