The motion also refers to the fact that we have"probably the most expensive diesel in the western world".I looked desperately on a number of websites to try to prove that wrong, but of the 30 countries that were given only one—Norway—had a higher price, which was 1p higher, with a cost of £1.31 per litre as against £1.30 per litre in the Western Isles.
