On a point of order, Presiding Officer. What is the point of members coming to the chamber and asking straight questions when the minister completely ignores the questions and answers something else?
A whole range of work is being done, and I know that health boards will keep at it for as long as is necessary. It is imperative that there are enough personnel to run offshore oil and gas facilities.
