Motion, as amended, agreed to, That the Parliament thanks the staff of the NHS for their hard work during the challenging winter period; notes that in recent years there has been a progressive increase in the statistics available on the performance of NHS Scotland; welcomes that, from 3 March 2015, weekly A&E performance statistics will be published on the website, NHS Performs, and that NHS Scotland’s Information Services Division will also be identifying how it can further enhance the accessibility of NHS performance statistics in consultation with the users of statistics and the wider public, and strongly condemns the recent misrepresentation of information on NHS performance, which devalues the work of Scotland’s health service.
