EN SCOTTISH PARLIAMENTARY STANDARDS SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND COMPLAINTS

Act 2010 created a new Commission for Ethical Standards in Public Life in Scotland, consisting of two Commissioners, and transferred the functions of the Scottish Parliamentary Standards Commissioner to one of them (the Public Standards Commissioner for Scotland).
