Is that right? That is right. I referred to page 26 of the report, where we set out the changes that have been seen since the bid was put together in 2006 and agreed in 2007.

Who would be responsible for registration and for any works that happened after the reservoir was transferred? Such communities would need to be aware of the financial implications.

I therefore urge the committee to support those amendments. Amendments 4, 8, 10 and 26 remove the word “reoffending” from sections 1 and 3 and replace it with “future offending”.
To achieve them, the SNAP process is overseen by a leadership panel, which is chaired by Professor Alan Miller. The panel is made up of 26 leaders from different sectors across the spectrum of public life in Scotland, including the legal profession.
