SPPA’s combined resource and capital budget increased from £23.9 million in 2022/23 to £27.5 million in 2023/24, before rising to £33.4 million in 2025/26 and £38.1 million in 2026/27. This year’s increased settlement is in line with what the SPPA set out as being necessary to deliver on its obligations.
