We manage a 21,000 hectare nature reserve at Forsinard, where we reckon the peat contains about 26 million tonnes of carbon. Over that time, we have restored almost 15,000 hectares of open bog and 2,400 hectares of forestry, which we have removed and are in the process of restoring back to peatland.
