I would suggest that this is brought back in as an amendment. Part 2 Chapter 1 Section 7. Land Use Tenancy I am concerned that the introduction of a new model lease outside of current tenancy legislation may result in pressure being applied to secure farm tenants to relinquish their security of tenure and use the new style of lease instead.
