As alluded to at our recent meeting, the figure on which the new all-tenure delivery ambition will be based is the all sector new build completions for year to end June 2025 (18,869 all sector new build completions), published on 30 September 2025 and available at Housing statistics quarterly update: new housebuilding and affordable housing supply - gov.scot.
