The member fails to mention that, in Fife, the Liberal Democrats have 27 per cent of the seats on only 21 per cent of the vote, whereas the SNP has 11 per cent of the seats on 26 per cent of the vote. That is precisely my point—the SNP seems to be unable to campaign in Fife and therefore cannot turn its votes into seats.
