Pow of Inchaffray Drainage Commission (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider new land plans, and an accompanying explanatory report, submitted by the promoters of the Bill.
Inserted section 44B(1) requires regulations to include requiring the owner of land to ensure that there is a publicly available land management plan; that there is engagement with communities on the plan or any significant changes to the plan; and that the plan is reviewed every 5 years from when it was made publicly available.
