CoSLA does plan to publish the Action Plans on its website. Summary information will be provided on the Executive's 21st Century Government website, which includes a link to the CoSLA website.
It is an economic development issue.The science strategy highlighted Scottish excellence in science and said that it was necessary to "promote Scotland as a centre of scientific excellence in which to buy or do science".That is important.
We should be proud that Parliament abolished tuition fees—I am. We should also be clear that top-up tuition fees are not the right solution for Scotland, because we face different challenges in Scotland.
