I come from an area that has a lot of railway stations that do not have ticket offices, and, therefore, a lot of people buy their tickets online. I see no reason why the process should not be the same as when we buy a ticket from an attendant.
If they do not radically change them, more officers will die. That is inevitable. I have some suggestions for follow-up work in addition to what has been proposed.
