The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland - Recycling and the circular economy
Councils are likely to require financial and expert help in getting such projects off the ground. The Committee asks the Scottish Government what plans it has to support the strategic provision of such infrastructure across Scotland and, in particular, to ensure that smaller, rural and island Councils are not left behind.
