NHS Ayrshire and Arran have confirmed that at its board meeting on 7 April 2010 proposals were approved to progress the Outline Business Case for the New North Ayrshire Community Hospital in Irvine, which will include a new adult inpatient mental health unit.

To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S3W-22989 by Roseanna Cunningham on 7 May 2009, whether the trial of flying falcons over Dumfries town centre to deter nesting and breeding gulls has been completed.
To ask the Scottish Executive how many employees earn less than £7 per hour in (a) Highland, (b) Moray, (c) Orkney, (d) Shetland, (e) Argyll and Bute and (f) Comhairle nan Eilean Siar local authority areas.
The Building Standards Advisory Committee energy working party met on 28 February 2007 and 1 May 2008. Future meetings are planned for 7 August 2008, 30 October 2008 and 27 November 2008.
The Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Sustainable Growth wrote to the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 7 February 2008 to express his disappointment that the 2007 Pre-Budget Report (PBR) did not contain any measures to reduce the tax burden on the spirits industry in Scotland.
