How has the COVID-19 pandemic changed the way the Scottish Parliament works? - Changes to Standing Orders
The motion specified that these changes were for the duration of the response to Coronavirus – that being defined as “17 March 2020 up to and including 26 June 2020, and such further period or periods as are determined by the Presiding Officer from time to time following consultation with the Bureau and notified to the Parliament in the Business Bulletin.”

To ask the Scottish Government whether it is considering a faster roll-out of the Housing First approach, in response to the latest statistics on the number of deaths of homeless people in Scotland, which show that 231 people died in 2024, representing an increase of 40% since the data was first collected in 2017.

However, it is important to reflect that 97% of all discharges happen without delay.The latest published delayed discharge figures show some progress in reducing the number of people delayed, and we continue to work to drive that number down further.
