Scottish Budget 2022-23 - Forecasts for devolved taxes

The significant changes in the economic context since the last forecasts were produced in January 2021 mean that expected revenues from most devolved taxes are materially higher than was expected at the time of the last Budget in all years, with the exception of Non-Domestic Rates.
