Regarding communications, the IRO, ahead of external visits, will discuss any proactive or reactive comms that may be required; I am aware that sometimes bad publicity that is undeserved is conferred on some of those visits.
As you will know from paper 2, the Government has accepted—either in principle or fully—more or less all the recommendations, with the exception of the recommendation that was made about the point that we are discussing today.
