*S5M-10768 Emma Harper: Carluke Development Trust That the Parliament congratulates — 000 by the Scottish Land Fund, the Carluke Development Trust (CDT) on being awarded £278’ which it plans to use to bring into community ownership the High Mill site next to Carluke town centre; notes that the site includes the A-listed High Mill, which is the most complete windmill of its type in Scotland, and a former market garden that extends to 1.2 acres; believes that the CDT will turn the site into a community growing space, which will provide new training, employment and volunteering opportunities; recognises the hard work of all at the CDT in bringing this vision to fruition, and looks forward to seeing the project being completed and benefitting the people of Carluke.
