This morning, Mr Dewar expressed the view that the cost or disbenefit to the authorised undertaker of the safeguards that are sought will be low compared with the cost or disbenefit to BRBR of not having the safeguards.
The document is presented in the way that it is because we agreed with the committee in the past that we would want to be able to compare original budgets for each year; if it were presented otherwise, we could not compare like with like.
