The Audit Quality Framework 2019, Audit Quality Framework, provides assurance that work is of high standard, meeting international audit standards and the requirements of the Auditor General and the Accounts Commission as set out in the new Code of audit practice 2021. Our 2024/25 budget proposal and projections for 2025/26 and 2026/27 maintain investment to support audit quality inspection and reporting.
