Pre budget scrutiny additional Scottish Government response

We note that the £34 Government on course to increase the culture budget by £100m million uplift to funding for the sector in 2025-26 took the by 2028-29, relative to 2022-23. uplifts to date to £50 million a year, and that this is set to increase by an additional £20 million in 2026-27.
