I have a wee question about the Erik Østergaard email that was sent on 26 September. He made it quite clear that the contract should not have gone ahead.

The CICAP was abolished in November 2008 and its functions were transferred to the first-tier tribunal. The CICAP is listed in schedule 2 to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002.
I agree with Aileen Campbell that the possible loss of £184 million to Scottish good causes as a result of the transfer, for which Scottish Labour MPs voted, will not help to tackle obesity or, more generally, health inequalities in our society.

I reassure Annabel Goldie that in the period of direct funding from 2007 to 2012, Scottish audiences for the Scottish Chamber Orchestra increased by 26 per cent. For Scottish Opera, audiences increased by 19 per cent in the same period.
