I put it on record that fitness to practise is important and that there is no move against the order at all. The concern that was expressed earlier was about ensuring that it is fit for purpose and works well.
We were certainly interested in the evidence that was given to the committee and in the views of the legal profession and some of the concerns that were expressed, and we will consider that further.
In that way, we will not let down our citizens and we will move away from being the sick man of Europe. Les, do you want to add anything? I am happy to answer questions.
However, because no councillors sit on the ALEO’s board, concerns have been expressed about the council’s ability to scrutinise how it is spending money.

This survey contains information only on sites that are vacant or derelict as surveyed by local authorities on a voluntary basis, it does not therefore provide a comprehensive listing of all brownfield sites in Scotland.
A range of things could be done to improve the situation and certainly R and D tax credits have demonstrably been helpful in both the United States and the UK.
I expect that we have all heard shocking and heartbreaking stories about how delayed payments and changes to or errors in the roll-out of universal credit have caused enormous unnecessary stress for people.

Rebates reviewed quarterly and adjusted if required. Companies must hold a credit account with CalMac and have their application to join the scheme approved.
