I am also pleased to confirm that the UK Government Department for Energy Security and Net Zero are matching the Scottish Government’s funding allocation for this project, taking total allocated grant support up to £3 million across financial years 2025/26 and 2026/27. • Subject to final negotiations and confirmation of standard public funding conditions, an allocation of up to £6,232,078 over this financial year and the next in grant funding to enable Celtic Renewables to reach final investment decision on its new ABE bio- refinery project at Grangemouth.
