To ask the Scottish Executive what progress it is making in retaining a Crofters Commission bull scheme, in light of the European Commission raising the de minimis level of agricultural support to 6,000 Euros over a three-year period.
I believe that Mr Swinney has a letter from BAA expressing its support. Ministers have not met TIE—the people who have been charged with making the project work.
