Section 22 –the Law Society said that the provisions under this section “do not appear to catch nominee purchases (i.e. where the crofter exercises the right to buy but title is taken by a member of their family)”.
They referenced rights that are restricted until 18 years of age, for example: getting a tattoo, buying alcohol or tobacco, getting a credit card or entering into a legal contract.

A lot of what happens in the school experience just now is over the top. A lot of stuff that is associated with assessment is putting too great a demand on students to do paperwork of one kind or another, which is not productive.
