If the problem exists, it may not be as big a deal as I am being told, but we should look into it. Paragraphs 25 and 26 of Maureen Macmillan's report describe ecological balance and the perceived lack of such balance.
We had better not get into politics. I will not get into those 26 changes. However, the current data collection systems in all areas are quite problematic.
Amendment 5, which has already been debated will, if agreed to, pre-empt amendments 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30. Amendment 5 moved—Sarah Boyack—and agreed to.
I think that there is some foundation to that, particularly given what we saw during our visit to Nottingham. The Nottingham service offered a good, attractive service that gave added appeal to the city itself.
