To ask the Scottish Executive how much was spent by the Scottish Tourist Board and visitscotland in promoting cruise ship visits to Scotland, in each year since 1995.
Then better-off people from wealthier suburbs came to use the leisure centre. They planned their visits and drove to the centre, creating a car-parking problem.
It is inevitable that different sheriffs will attach different weight to one consideration compared with another, and their impressions will vary according to the circumstances of each case.
