The Bill itself does not propose any specific alterations to the other exceptions to the general rule existing in the current law, and in rules of court,iSolicitors (Scotland) Act 1980, section 41; Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, section 34; Court of Session rules, rules 14.3(b) and 68.2. meaning that these exceptions would remain.
