My initial feeling was that something would be lost if a victim gave evidence by CCTV from a remote site, for example. However, through experience, I have changed my mind.

To ask the Scottish Government how many fire service training courses have been cancelled at each training site as a result of inclement weather in the last five years.
In his foreword to the review that was published last week, the cabinet secretary used one of his favourite expressions in saying that any change would need to be cost effective.
Long-term empty homes that are being actively marketed for sale are exempt from the council tax surcharge, but some local authorities have expressed concerns about how that is being monitored, and about the cost implications.
The Scottish Government, SE and HIE sit on the board and monitor that performance. SDI has been a great credit to Scotland and of great benefit over the past few years.
