To ask the Scottish Executive what its position is on Scottish Natural Heritage's proposal to remove the site of special scientific interest designation from Pibble Mine in Wigtownshire.
District nurses are doing home visits, changing bandages and monitoring people’s conditions; school nurses are dealing with a vast range of issues across multiple schools; and health visitors are providing advice and guidance for new parents.
That is why, as we move forward with the proposed changes to gender recognition, we—and I—absolutely have to recognise the concerns that have been expressed about the proposals for reform.
Under the amendments, the UK Government could lay statutory instruments regardless of whether the Scottish Parliament had expressed an opinion and, if it had expressed an opinion, regardless of what that opinion was.
