(S2O-9711) The Executive invited Julius Lang to come to Scotland to support our preparations for implementation of community justice authorities. In the course of the visit, Mr Lang gave a presentation on community courts to the violence reduction unit in Glasgow but that was additional to the main reason for his visit.
