Planning (Scotland) Bill as introduced

Aggregating levy income 14 (1) Infrastructure-levy regulations may— (a) require local authorities to transfer to the Scottish Ministers some or all of their 30 infrastructure-levy income, and (b) make provision about how, following the transfer to them of infrastructure-levy income, the Scottish Ministers are to distribute the monies received amongst local authorities. (2) If regulations are made by virtue of sub-paragraph (1), they must provide for all 35 infrastructure-levy income transferred to the Scottish Ministers to be distributed amongst local authorities.

For: • Maturity grows and makes you change depending on different life experiences • Suffering is suffering, no matter the age 2 • Everyone makes their own choices • Prolonging decisions that are unfair on young people • 13/14 with parental consent • Parents want to save children from pain and suffering • Families watching children in pain unable to help • Young people may not live to see a time where they could make a choice if the age limit is 18 • Psychiatric evaluation could help people make a decision which is right for them (without family pressured to rush into ending their life) • Considered able to decide on major decisions such as joining military • Can decide their own medical choice e.g. refuse treatments, medical autonomy • Bodily autonomy • Very limited cases • Doctors will have control over death – won't die...
